River Model

This section appears in the Setup tree if coupling to an external MIKE HYDRO river model has been enabled for the MIKE+ project via the Model Type editor.

When 'Coupling to MIKE HYDRO River' is active in the 'Model type' editor, the desired MIKE HYDRO River model setup file must be defined in the River Model editor under the Model Couplings section in the Setup tree.

The ellipsis button '...' allows for browsing to the required MIKE HYDRO River model file. The coupled file should preferably be saved with the latest version of MIKE HYDRO River, which is MIKE HYDRO River 2023.

Once selected, the main features from the MIKE HYDRO River model are displayed on the Map in MIKE+. However, they cannot be edited from within MIKE+ but must be accessed through MIKE HYDRO River.
